This calculator utilizes your property value to determine your tax. The property tax is based on real estate market value as determined by the Cuyahoga County Auditor.

- Go to the Cuyahoga County Auditor Web Site and look up by name or address
- Click on the Parcel Number to open the record. Go to the Certified Values tab and find the most recent Appraised Total Value. This is the number that you would put into the calculator.
- Then, enter the Appraised Total Property Value of your property below (in a whole number, no commas *) to calculate the cost of the proposed bond issue/permanent improvement levy. Your estimated tax will automatically calculate.
